We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Content Specialist who can execute quickly and consistently across graphic design, video, and digital content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring marketing ideas to life with minimal direction.

Graphic Design

• Create clean, effective marketing assets including digital ads, social media content, email graphics, and web visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
• Balance speed and quality to meet tight deadlines

Video Editing

• Edit both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form video content
• Execute strong pacing, timing, and storytelling flow
• Add music, cuts, transitions, and effects with minimal oversight
• Optimize content for different platforms and formats

Motion Graphics

• Develop simple animations for marketing use (text overlays, product highlights, transitions)
• Work within templates and adapt them efficiently
• Support video and social content with engaging motion elements

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to write simple, effective captions and headlines to support visual content
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into creative workflows
• Experience working with a marketing team, brand, or agency (internship, freelance, or in-house)
• Basic understanding of how content supports paid ads, email marketing, and web
• Interest in automotive, motorsports, or performance aftermarket industry
