Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement:
Actively engage with followers and competitors on Instagram and Facebook.
Respond to comments and messages authentically, embodying the racer/team’s voice and tone.
Build and nurture relationships within the motorsports community to grow brand loyalty and reach.
Have an understand of different disciplines of motorsports.
Content Production and Creative Direction:
Collaborate with the team to plan, create, and publish content that resonates with the motorsports audience.
Develop creative strategies for visual and written content to enhance engagement and drive growth.
Stay on-brand while innovating new ways to tell compelling stories through posts, reels, and videos.
Research and Industry Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, top creators, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze the performance of racing-related social media accounts to understand what resonates with target audiences.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to elevate our social media strategies.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly in motorsports and automotive culture.
Propose and execute ideas to incorporate trending formats, hashtags, and topics into content strategies.
Reporting and Optimization:
Track engagement metrics and report on social media performance using tools like Autofluencer.
Provide regular updates and insights to inform strategy adjustments and improve results.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
Strong understanding of motorsports culture, series, and trends, with an ability to adapt to the voice and lingo of different teams and drivers.
Proven ability to build authentic engagement on Instagram and Facebook.
Basic photography and video editing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the motorsports or automotive industry.
Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
Familiarity with WordPress, Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools.
Job Details:
This is a remote, part-time position (10–15 hours/week) with flexible hours.
Pay is $20–$35/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
