Total Offroad & More is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Houston, Texas location. We specialize in 4x4 and off-road accessories, automotive aftermarket upgrades, fleet upfitting, and dealer installations. This role is responsible for leading daily store operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring top?quality installs and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day?to?day store and install operations
• Lead, train, and supervise sales and install staff
• Drive retail sales, labor efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure high standards of install quality and shop workflow
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and customer orders
• Maintain excellent customer service and issue resolution
• Support fleet and dealer upfitting jobs
• Enforce company processes, safety, and operational standards
• Report performance metrics and results to leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive or aftermarket management experience
• Strong knowledge of off?road accessories or vehicle upfitting
• Experience managing a retail and/or install shop environment
• Proven leadership and team?management skills
• Sales?driven mindset with operational discipline
• Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
