Job Overview:
As the Tradeshow & Events Manager, you will plan and manage the company’s full domestic tradeshow and expo calendar, including major industry events such as SEMA and Tire Industry Association shows. You will oversee all end-to-end event logistics, including booth design and production coordination, vendor management, freight, staffing, setup, and teardown. You will manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts while ensuring each show is executed on time and within scope.
You will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to align booth strategy, messaging, and activations with product launches and brand priorities. You will coordinate travel, lodging, credentials, and on-site needs for internal teams attending events. You will also support on-site content capture and collaborate with the social media team to enhance brand visibility before, during, and after events.
You will build and maintain a master event calendar, manage multiple concurrent shows, and ensure all milestones and dependencies are tracked and executed accurately. You will track event performance, measure ROI, and deliver post-show reporting to leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, calm under pressure, and capable of solving problems on-site without supervision. Success in this role will be measured by execution quality, budget adherence, internal alignment, and post-event performance outcomes.

Base salary: $65,000-$75,000 with travel expenses reimbursed

Background Profile:
3+ years of experience in tradeshow, event management, or experiential marketing
Experience supporting or managing large-scale trade shows, expos, or live event environments
Strong coordination experience across logistics, vendors, staffing, and on-site event execution
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in fast-paced environments
Experience working with marketing and sales teams on event support and activations
Comfortable with domestic travel and on-site event execution during peak seasons
Strong organizational skills with exposure to budgets, scheduling, and event planning too
