Lead the strategic deployment and total profitability of Annex Tire as it relates to sales, service, inventory strategies, wholesale, and brand awareness that puts us at the top of the Tire industry for our respective markets. This includes working with customer service, marketing, digital advertising, procurement & quality, product design, wholesale, and programming teams to ensure our brands grow 60%+ Y.O.Y. Establish leaders within the divisions through hiring, mentoring, and providing guidance that foster forward thinking, critical analysis, and sales driven revenue growth while always keeping us aligned with our unique culture and management system. This candidate must be energetic, well organized, and demonstrate the ability to fully understand the scope of product sales from conception to final sale and follow-up opportunities.
Create, direct, and grow our phone, online, and wholesale channels into a massive piece of our company’s foundation constantly striving to exceed our 60% growth YOY targets for each brand.
Collaborate with in-house departments and external companies to maximize sale opportunities through B2C and B2B sale channels including a new wholesale program.
Develop and implement toolkits to maintain proper inventory to know divisional stock health, projected/historical sales volume, and site health to always be selling what we have.
Establish clear daily/weekly/monthly communication strategies that provide key insights into the success of both divisions.
Establish key drivers, KPI metrics, and watch indicators to continue growing sales opportunities that meet customer and B2B needs.
Grow workforce to support sales expectations with regular evaluations, recruiting, staffing, and reporting.
Grow the division teams to the level of excellence using lean management and visual management systems.
Work with the Director-level team to connect service/sales/operations with sales and inventory metrics that create transparency in divisional success.
Motivate and energize staff to become an army of problem solvers in all their communications with customers to increase satisfaction, sales, and internal processes.
Monitor competitive landscape and direct changes as needed to keep divisions ahead of the competition in both technology, equipment, and marketing strategies.
Work with finance for the creation and management of the division sales annual budget & ultimately; profitability.
Industry and product knowledge are a must. Keeping up with new products and releases are essential to gain competitive advantage. Understand the brand differences and grow Annex to be the largest in the aftermarket Tire industry.
