Required Skills:
Experience in TIG welding, metal shaping, metal finishing, restorations, chassis, suspensions, CNC & CAD, experience with bead rollers, Pullmax, English wheel, power hammer, lathe, mill, shears, brakes, grinders.
MIG / TIG Welding: 3 years (Preferred)
Automotive Restoration: 3 years (Preferred)
Metal Fabrication: 3 years (Preferred)
CAD & CNC 1 year (Preferred)
Racecar Fabrication 3 years (Preferred)

Project & Time Management
Take direction from our lead designer and general manager
The ability to self-manage time on projects for maximum efficiency is key. A written report of work completed weekly will be required
Problem-solve independently while working in a professional, team-focused environment
Flexibility: our craftsman work on multiple vehicles or projects depending on deadlines
Effective communication between team members: feedback is welcomed, expected, and needed
Common courtesy a Positive Mental Attitude and a good taste in music
Parts & Materials
Maintain accurate records of all materials / parts used in production
Ability to research and assist in ordering of commercial parts
Ability to verify correct parts and fitment of all parts prior to installation
Visual inspection of both raw and finished product for conformance to specifications per work order; you are Quality Control
Shop Procedures & Tool Maintenance
Own basic tools and toolbox
Use and knowledge of all basic tools and advanced fabrication tools
Exceptional mastery of measurements in all units
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficiently organized workstation daily
Qualifications
Prefer previous experience in automotive customization or restoration industry
MIG/TIG Welding
Panel fitting
Strong attention to detail with ability to properly install components
Comfortable with verbal and written direction
Adhere to all health regulations, shop policies, OSHA, utilize safety equipment and PPE
Comfortable with basic computer usage
CAD / CNC / Plasma table knowledge is a plus
Ability to commute to shop / relocate to the Denver area (a relocation reimbursement is on the table for the right candidate)
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift, carry material up to 50 pounds without assistance
Frequent standing and bending for long periods of time
Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
Periods of time under suspended vehicle on jacks
