We are the leading manufacturer of fuel systems and are seeking a Performance Automotive Tech Support Specialist—an automotive enthusiast who is passionate about the industry and eager to learn and grow.
Our call center is located within our manufacturing facility in Lenexa, KS, and qualified candidates may be considered for onsite or remote arrangements depending on location.

Position Details
Title: Performance Automotive Tech Support Location: Lenexa, KS (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid options available for qualified applicants) Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
Provide technical service and sales support to consumers and channel partners.
Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Offer exceptional technical support via phone and email (120–160 calls per week).
Collaborate with the Tech team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Learn product lines through hands-on experience and technical documentation.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair returned products when applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on automotive experience.
Sales experience or a willingness to develop sales skills.
Passion for automotive performance—gearheads welcome!
Experience using a multiline phone system in a call center environment.
Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 (onsite or remote).
