Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing and distributing information among co-workers, volunteers, and external clients. The role includes answering phones, emails, writing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. The Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Director. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting volunteer teams, and assisting in organizing and overseeing automotive-related events. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events (including onsite car shows and venue rentals). Take detailed notes during volunteer meetings and subcommittee meetings. Provide support to subcommittee leaders, assisting with planning and coordination. T
