PRI Show Sr. Specialist

Purpose:

Assist the PRI Show Department in producing and executing a top-level show. This position has a wide variety of responsibilities, and includes working with the general manager, show director, outside vendors, and PRI customers. 

Responsibilities and Authority:

1. Responsible to build new booth inventory into NetForum and update the ESRA with new or modified information prior to next year’s ESRA going live. 
2. Responsible to organize and execute all PRI Show ESRA’s daily. 
3. Responsible for giving accounting department direction on invoicing, payments and collecting for PRI Show exhibitors for deposits and balance payments.
4. Responsible for updating Map Your Show dashboard and PRI Show floorplan booths. 
5. Responsible for exhibitor listings and booth additions/changes/cancellations.
6. Designated the PRI Show contact for the PRI Sales Team to assist with any questions pertaining to booth location, contracts, payments, and general show questions. 
7. Responsible for responding to all exhibitor related service inquiries pertaining to the PRI Show with assistance from sales assistants.
8. Confirm all information in the Exhibitor Service Manual is updated and current.
9. Responsible to collect and confirm peninsula booth diagrams with all peninsula exhibitors prior to the show.
10. Responsible to collect all exhibitor Certificate of Insurance forms prior to the show.
11. Responsible for exporting the exhibitor listing data for the PRI November Show Issue.
12. Responsible for PRI Floor Managers; hiring personnel, create manual with show guidelines and supervisor floor managers on site at show.   
13. Assist LOS trailer supervisor with creating trailer exhibits move in/out schedule. LOS trailer supervisor to execute trailer move in/out process on site at the show.
14. Work with Show Director in creating show areas and activations within the show floorplan. (Ex: pit stop cafes, lounges, activations, conference rooms, gear store, podcast studio, etc.)     
15. When directed by management, perform other assignments and duties as required. 
16. Required to travel and work at the PRI Show.
17. Work schedule is subject to change based on Overall Company Policy. Currently, work schedule is Monday – Thursday in office, then Friday remote.  

Relationships:

1. Reports to Show Director.
2. Interfaces closely with the show department associates.
3. Interfaces closely with travel vendors, advertisers, attendees, and exhibitors.
4. Interacts with all PRI associates.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree from accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.
2. 6+ years of professional work experience required. 
3. Must be detail oriented and organized. 
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate or above proficiency in Excel and Power Point is a plus. 
6. Basic understanding of Adobe graphics applications and file formats. 
7. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. 
8. Ability to problem solve and make solid decisions under pressure. 
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
10. Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor needed for vendor relations and stakeholder interactions.
11. Build strong rapport and relationships with service providers and vendors.
12. Be action-oriented and collaborative with decision making. 
13. Quick decision-making ability in response to changing conditions or direction.
14. Persuasive, influential and ability to effectively stimulate other to action.

19. Motorsports background or knowledge would be beneficial but not mandatory.
