EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.
EAH and is now seeking to strengthen the Texas Speed & Performance team with an Inside Sales Representative as the business continues to scale.

We are looking for strong Inside Sales Representatives to join the team as we add Ford and Mopar/Hemi product offerings to our well-established GM lineup of high-quality, results-backed products. Together we will make Texas Speed & Performance the leader in late-model, American V8 aftermarket performance products.
Specific Duties:
Handle all forms of communications with our customers who are seeking assistance to place an order, update an order, or advice and/or recommendations.
Providing customers with a solution that closely meets their needs and expectations.
Driving sales/margin growth through closing every contact by actively asking for the sale.
Researching potential wholesale accounts and proactively reaching out to set them up as a new TSP distributor.
Updating order ETA’s by providing clear communication and offering solutions to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Keep the customer’s needs front and center, providing an overall positive relationship.
Attend meetings (as required) to understand overall business initiatives and priorities.
Provide recommendations for new influencers to support existing and new product promotions, in line with the mission statement for Texas Speed & Performance.
Assist in the identification of new vendors, products, and/or business opportunities.
All other tasks/activities as defined by your direct supervisor.
What Success Looks Like:
Proactively on-boarding new wholesale/distributor accounts to support the growth of TSP across all late model performance platforms (GM, Ford, MOPAR).
Strong collaborator between marketing, sales, and product teams.

Required:
A working knowledge of the General Motors LS and Gen 5 LT engine platforms is a must.
Experience in Retail Sales.
High School Diploma.
Proficient in software applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word.
Willingness to be flexible and a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task; excellent organization and planning skills.
Work in office(Georgetown, Texas) Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Preferred:
Retailed sales in a call center environment.
NetSuite experience
Working knowledge of late model GM LSx/LTx platforms, MOPAR Hemi platforms (5.7L, 6.2L, 6.4L) and/or late model Ford Coyote/Godzilla engine platforms.
Late Model, American V8 experience, or a minimum of motorsports knowledge through involvement with cars as an enthusiast or hobby.
