• Sales Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct comprehensive sales analysis to identify trends, item demands, and market opportunities.
• Develop in-depth sales reports, including item demand forecasting, assistance with RFQs, and pricing analysis.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, product lifecycle, and sales performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis.
• Sales Support:
• Offer high-level customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update pricing, sales databases and ERP systems with accurate and current information.
• Product & Data-Driven Focus:
• Understand and analyze engine demand, including market trends and customer needs.
• Develop product cycle overviews, including forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and supporting product launches.
• Recommend new products or line expansions, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
• Utilize data to drive decisions and optimize sales processes.
• Conduct regular product reviews and updates to maintain competitiveness and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop and deliver product presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales analysis, product management, inventory management, or a related role, preferably within the engine parts or automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite primarily focusing on Excel - the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with analyzing large sets of data using formulas such as VLOOKUP, logical tests and pivot tables
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of engines and related industries is highly desirable.
