AAM’s Vice President -Engine Pro will lead the Engine Pro group’s diverse growth efforts, maintain and build industry partnerships, and negotiate programs which will generate value and profitability for our shareholders. This position is responsible for engaging and onboarding potential members, creating value creating programs with our supplier partners, evaluating and soliciting new supplier partner programs, negotiating program contracts, overseeing our private brand product portfolio, and building our business of engine parts for domestic and import vehicles, diesel engine parts, high performance engine applications as well as parts for other engine parts segments. This is a fast-paced and diverse role requiring selling, negotiation, consensus building, and communication skills.
