R&D Mechanical Designer
An R&D Mechanical Designer is responsible for assisting the Engineering department with product development projects. They create detailed prototype and production-level drawings from solid models, adhere to GD&T best practices, and ensure that all product specifications are properly documented. The R&D Mechanical Designer will also disassemble a vehicle install company products and reassemble the vehicle. On-the-floor responsibilities will include collaboration with manufacturing departments, observation, time studies, line balancing, design, and direct installation of mechanical or electromechanical components, products, or plant systems all by performing the following duties.
