EAH has recently completed the acquisition of RCI Metalworks LLC (RCI Off Road or RCI) (www.rcimetalworks.com). Based in Loveland, Colorado, RCI is a leading banner for off road enthusiasts looking to take their vehicles to the next level in off road performance. RCI, which sells directly to consumers and installers via its website, was built by entrepreneurs who created a destination for off road body protection, skid plates and truck bed accessories. Growth at RCI has been dramatic and the business has thrived during the pandemic and current economic cycle.

Position Summary
The President & GM will report to EAH’s Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for:
(i) Providing outstanding leadership through a performance-based, metrics-driven culture to develop and retain RCI’s managers and functional experts;
(ii) Implementing a business strategy focused on profitable growth and operational excellence;
(iii) Delivering RCI’s financial performance at or above targeted levels;
(iv) Overseeing the continued development and expansion of RCI’s in-house brands, including expansion in new makes and models;
(v) Leading and overseeing RCI’s supply chain and manufacturing process to maximize availability, distribution efficiency, quality and profitability;
(vi) Overseeing all aspects of the customer experience, website operations, call center and sales;
(vii) Utilizing expertise from EAH’s Centers of Excellence (COE) to accelerate growth, improve customer experience, broaden product lines and grow RCI’s DTC and installer revenues; and
(viii) Supporting M&A opportunities that could expand the company’s scope.
The President & GM role requires a hands-on executive with a strong player/coach mentality. EAH is a fast-paced
environment with a bias for action. The President & GM will develop, communicate, and execute a vision and strategy across the organization to address priorities within RCI Off Road and holding the team accountable for agreed upon commitments. This individual will remove obstacles and barriers, manage major projects, standardize and systematize work, and integrate all major functions of the business.
The position is based out of Loveland, Colorado and this role will be required to be full-time, in-office, other than when business travel is required.
Key Responsibilities include:
Implementing a High Growth Business Strategy: The Executive will be responsible for working with EAH’s CEO to define a business strategy that maximizes sustainable and profitable growth through organic and, potentially, M&A activities, including continuing to build RCI’s core product offering while driving expansion into different makes, models, new product lines and new channels of distribution, and manufacturing capabilities.
Delivering Operational Excellence: The Executive will set the strategy and framework for continuous improvement, bringing thought leadership and expertise to supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, merchandising, and inventory management functions. The Executive will develop integrated SIOP processes, build performance and productivity metrics, and hold themselves and the team accountable for RCI’s operational and financial results.
Driving the Customer Experience: The Executive will lay out a multi-year operational plan that will drive an outstanding customer experience (overall satisfaction, website conversion rates, on-time ship rates, return rates, call center performance, etc.) across all touch points of the business.
Delivering Excellent Financial Performance: The Executive will be responsible for driving growth and managing RCI’s full P&L. Top line growth is expected to exceed 20%+ annually with expanding gross and EBITDA margins. The Executive will also have ultimate responsibility for managing working capital and capital expenditures to generate strong free cash flow.
Building a High-Performance Team: RCI is evolving toward a more professionalized metrics-driven culture, while retaining the best elements of the entrepreneurial drive that has been responsible for its success. The Executive will establish policies and procedures that promote a positive and engaging company culture. The individual will foster development of a high-performance team through coaching, mentoring, career development plans, recruitment, and constructive feedback.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive management experience, leadership and success with full P&L responsibility in a high growth branded products, distribution, and manufacturing environment. Ecommerce and automotive aftermarket experience is preferred.
Intelligent, successful, experienced, dynamic, high-energy, hands-on leader, with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
Effective communicator and collaborative problem solver. Inspirational leader who can build a high-performing culture and has a track record of attracting and retaining top talent. Must be comfortable leading and speaking to large groups.
Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader. Possesses a continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills. • Demonstrated capability of using technology to enhance and optimize processes and controls. • Bachelor's Degree Required in Business Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. MBA or master’s degree in related field is a plus.
Ability to work full-time on-site, and to travel to other locations approximately 5-10% of working time.
