WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
Quadratec is actively seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and take-charge Procurement Manager to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for leading a team of Buyers
- Lead the overall procurement activities while managing the most challenging product categories.
- Develop and streamline the tactical aspects of the procurement process.
- Negotiate agreements with suppliers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED!
Experience: At least 5 years of related experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills are required.
- Strong working knowledge of Netstock, Blueridge, Stock IQ, Demantra, Microsoft Office
- Proactive, detail oriented, self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
- Ability to be flexible & adapt to dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism
- Strong strategic & critical thinking capabilities, attention to detail, autonomy, and decision-making skills
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Team player with willingness to lead and collaborate
