USA Technical Support Engineer
Overall objectives of this role: To provide technical support to all levels of the North American Radical Motorsport customer base. Based centrally the job holder will be required to travel to dealership and events throughout the normal America race season. The Jobholder will also provide technical training to dealerships employees. Primary responsibilities: -Providing global technical product support on all aspects of Radical vehicles -Manage customer technical issues log and resolution plan -Attend international race events to support regional dealers and teams -Attend US track events to support customers and teams -Provide reports on support events to engineering and development teams -An
