LEMD is a vintage custom car and truck, prototype and low run, design and manufacturing business. Through the use of technology we are helping elevate the automotive aftermarket industry. Founded in 2020, LEMD is located in the Front Range of beautiful Northern Colorado. We are a fast growing company, manufacturing parts for many of the nations most sought after and prestigious awards, including the Ford Design Award, America’s Most Beautiful Roadster, The Riddler and More. Our focus is providing the customer with the best possible solution and parts to make their vision a reality.
In this position, you will be able to work on a multitude of varying projects for some of the best shops in the industry. You will be able to see the whole lifecycle of the project, from concept to completion. As LEMD grows, you will have the opportunity to quickly move into a leadership position and establish your presence in an industry you love.

Other requirements will include:
Must have Fusion 360 knowledge
Must have 3D scan data knowledge
3D sculpting and complex modeling skills
Intermediate to advance knowledge of general automotive mechanics
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of advanced prototyping technology (CNC, 3D printers), highly desirable
Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket industry, highly desirable
Knowledge and experience working on cars/trucks- and enthusiast mindset preferred
Ability to measure existing parts to use in the design of new/modified products using standard measuring tools and computer aided tools
Work with designers to combine design and manufacturability
