The post holder is required to carry out effective management of the commercial team whilst maximizing opportunities, turnover, and profitability of existing and new accounts in the Automotive Aftermarket and UTV environment.
Carry out strategic formulation for future business development
Engage and lead with Marketing initiatives and strategy
Assist in budget development, pricing, and maintenance
Be the customer voice at Goodridge
Oversee organic growth
Maximize opportunity, turnover and profitability of existing and new accounts
NBO and new customers added to the Portfolio
Provide exceptional customer service levels to gain customer confidence
Become the fluid transfer “problem solver” for all levels of Distribution, OEM Performance, custom builders
Create and maintain ACES & PIES data
Promote Goodridge products to OEM performance divisions
Work with website sales contacts to ensure opportunities are maximized
Work on the
Strategy formulation for future business development
Ensure effective system, procedure, end user and internal documentation is maintained effectively
Uphold all Company Procedures
Be able to prepare and generate reports using Microsoft Office 365

Goodridge was founded by Stuart Goodridge in Totnes, Devon (UK) in 1969. Following his return from a successful racing career in Canada, Stuart began assembling and selling aerospace fluid transfer components to motorsport race teams. The company remained housed in a listed building on Collins Road, Totnes, until 1988 when the company purchased and developed a site on the Exeter Airport Business Park. In the same year, plants were opened in France, Germany, Spain, Holland, Mexico, and two in the USA.
The airport site was developed and repeatedly extended over 28 years, passing the company’s 40th anniversary. In 2012, Otter Court was acquired on Marsh Barton Trading Estate, to accommodate plans for vertical integration and focus on delivering cost improvements to the business and customers.
In 2016 the decision was made to merge Goodridge’s UK operations at the Dart Building on Exeter Business Park, bringing 148 of the group’s 400+ global workforce together.
Goodridge was acquired by Rubicon Grovepoint Industries LLP in 2013. With £3m of investment in the company since 2013.
