Cognito Motorsports is a rapidly growing Truck, SUV & UTV aftermarket product manufacturer with a highly successful factory supported UTV off road racing team based in Bakersfield, California. We are seeking an experienced team leader with proven race team management and crew chief mechanic skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on UTV, auto or powersports racing experience, and a minimum of three years verifiable experience running a professional race program. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the overall race team program operations and UTV product testing program. Manages race car preparation and race event logistics, including race staff management, transportation, lodging and administrative support.
