We're looking for a highly motivated and organized person who learns new tasks quickly and is experienced with basic administrative tasks. Experience with bookkeeping or business management is a major plus. Automotive knowledge will be very helpful but is not a requirement.
This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground level of a growing company; we expect a significant amount of growth in the next few years.
This position is part time to start and can be either fully remote or partially remote and partially from our new location in San Bernardino, CA. It will include assisting our CEO and operations manager with administrative tasks, and assisting our sales team with various basic tasks.
Admin Assistant Tasks: -process new hire paperwork -manage regular billing accounts -order supplies -run payroll -basic bookkeeping reviews
Sales Assistant Tasks: -answer phone calls and take messages -call back voicemails to get additional information -send follow-up response to email inquiries
This position will be 15-25 hours for the first 2-3 months and hours will increase as you take on more responsibilities. There is a high probability to move to a full-time position with increased wage and full benefits, especially if you demonstrate excellent performance in sales or bookkeeping.
Pay is $14-$16/hour to start, depending on experience. Will consider higher wage for candidates with a strong bookkeeping background. We offer a work environment that is highly understanding of employee needs, and allows for more flexibility than other companies.
