Automotive Customer Service
The largest manufacturer of automotive polyurethane components is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our sales/customer service department. This position will provide customer service, automotive product application information, technical assistance, order processing and respond to emails. Occasional travel to local trade shows and events. Full time position with good benefits.Requirements:Must have basic automotive knowledge and prior customer service experience.Proficient with proactive outbound calls to customer base.Positive and professional attitude.Be computer literate.Excel knowledge including pivot table and V-lookup experience.Great organizational skills.Bilingual -- English/Spanish a plus.Accurate and strong data
