Summary We are a high-end truck accessory and wheel manufacturer seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Satisfaction Expert with truck industry sales experience to help grow with us and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to our customers and channel partners. We’re looking for someone who is an enthusiast, who has style and can transfer those attributes into their work.
Provide the highest level of customer service and sales to our consumers and channel partners
Make outbound sales calls to customers
Occasionally travel to customers to make in person sales calls and discuss strategic initiatives
Process in bound orders and ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders to customers
Work collaboratively with the team to do whatever it takes to provide a best in class experience for the customer
Develop and nurture customer relationships with all customers
Qualification and Requirement
Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the truck/automotive industry is a must
A sense of humor and true team, “Failure is not an option” attitude
An extreme interest in learning and growing is a must
A truck or car enthusiast – you must have a passion for this industry
