General Description: The Tech Line Specialist is our first line contact with customers requiring information. This would include but not limited to inquiries concerning product selection, pricing, installation or technical troubleshooting issues.
Answer customer inquiries via phone or e-mail
Create case files
Follow-up on product issues to resolve discrepancies
Automotive repair background helpful but not necessary
Good phone skills
Good writing skills
Computer literate – Able to work with various data systems simultaneously
Good people skills – must be able to work with a team of highly skilled salespeople as well as broad customer base.
Multi-tasking a must
Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.
